Buffer overflow in Celtech ExpressFS FTP server 2.x allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, and possibly execute arbitrary commands, via a long USER command.

The weakness was released 11/28/2001 by Martin (Website). The advisory is available at marc.theaimsgroup.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-1999-1514. The exploitation appears to be easy.
