A vulnerability was found in WP Visitor Statistics Plugin up to 4.7 on WordPress (WordPress Plugin). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects the function refDetails of the component AJAX Action Handler. The manipulation of the argument refUrl with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
