Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator 2.2.x, and 3.x before 3.5.3, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a long (1) username or (2) password to the HTML login interface.

The bug was discovered 09/03/2002. The weakness was disclosed 10/04/2002 with Cisco (Website). The advisory is shared for download at cisco.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2002-1100.
