A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Mantis up to 0.17.4a (Bug Tracking Software). Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file view_all_bug_page.php. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a privileges management vulnerability. The "View Bugs" page (view_all_bug_page.php) in Mantis 0.17.4a and earlier includes summaries of private bugs for users that do not have access to any projects.
