A vulnerability classified as critical was found in Artekopia Netjuke up to 1.0 B6. This vulnerability affects the function eval. The manipulation of the argument section with an unknown input leads to a privileges management vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-269. Artekopia Netjuke before 1.0 b7 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the web server, possibly via the section parameter, which is passed to an eval call.
The bug was discovered 01/26/2002. The weakness was released 12/31/2002 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2002-2114 since 08/05/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1068.
