Multiple HTTP response splitting vulnerabilities in PHP 5.1.1 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTTP headers via a crafted Set-Cookie header, related to the (1) session extension (aka ext/session) and the (2) header function.
The weakness was shared 01/13/2006 by Stefan Esser with PHP Team (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at hardened-php.net. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-0207. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1059 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
