Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in read.php in Phorum 3.3.2a allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via (1) the t parameter or (2) the body of an email response.

The weakness was disclosed 12/31/2002 (Website). The advisory is available at marc.theaimsgroup.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2002-2340 since 10/29/2007. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
