The weakness was presented 05/27/2003 by David Litchfield with NGSSoftware (Website). The advisory is available at nextgenss.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2003-0266 since 05/07/2003. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
