A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in PHP 4.3.1 (Programming Language Software). This issue affects some unknown processing of the file index.php of the component Transparent SID Support Capability. The manipulation of the argument PHPSESSID with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-80. The bug was discovered 02/19/2003. The weakness was released 02/20/2003 by Sverre H. Huseby (Website). The advisory is shared at redhat.com.
