A vulnerability classified as very critical was found in Atrium Mercur Mailserver up to 4.2.14.x (Mail Server Software). This vulnerability affects an unknown code block. The weakness was published 12/31/2003 by Dennis Rand as not defined posting (Bugtraq). The advisory is available at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2003-1322 since 03/21/2007. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. The structure of the vulnerability defines a possible price range of USD $0-$5k at the moment (estimation calculated on 07/14/2025).
