A vulnerability was found in Mozilla Bleach up to 3.1.3 (Web Browser). It has been declared as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is the function bleach.clean. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a resource consumption vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-400. The product does not properly control the allocation and maintenance of a limited resource, thereby enabling an actor to influence the amount of resources consumed, eventually leading to the exhaustion of available resources. bleach.clean behavior parsing style attributes could result in a regular expression denial of service (ReDoS). Calls to bleach.clean with an allowed tag with an allowed style attribute are vulnerable to ReDoS. For example, bleach.clean(..., attributes={'a': ['style']}).
