UploadServlet in Cisco Collaboration Server (CCS) running ServletExec before 3.0E allows remote attackers to upload and execute arbitrary files via a direct call to the UploadServlet URL.

The bug was discovered 06/30/2004. The weakness was presented 08/06/2004 with Cisco as confirmed advisory (CERT.org). The advisory is available at kb.cert.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2004-0650 since 07/09/2004. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation.
