Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketWatcher.pm in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 3.0.x before 3.0.21, 3.1.x before 3.1.17, and 3.2.x before 3.2.8 does not properly restrict tickets, which allows remote attackers with a valid agent login to read restricted tickets via a crafted URL involving the ticket split mechanism.
The weakness was disclosed 04/21/2023 as MGASA-2013-0196. The advisory is shared at advisories.mageia.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-4088 since 06/10/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. A single authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1592 for this issue.
