The weakness was disclosed 12/31/2004 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). The advisory is available at bugzilla.mozilla.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2004-1449 since 02/13/2005. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation.
