Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in Oracle HTTP Server 1.3.22, based on Apache, allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary script as other users via the (1) action, (2) username, or (3) password parameters in an isqlplus request.
The weakness was released 12/31/2004 by Rafel Ivgi (Website). The advisory is shared at marc.info. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2004-2115 since 05/27/2005. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
