A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in WooCommerce Etsy Integration Plugin up to 3.3.1 on WordPress (E-Commerce Management Software). Affected is the function etcpf_delete_feed. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a cross-site request forgery vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-352. The web application does not, or can not, sufficiently verify whether a well-formed, valid, consistent request was intentionally provided by the user who submitted the request. The WooCommerce Etsy Integration plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 3.3.1. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the etcpf_delete_feed() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete an export feed via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
The weakness was presented 07/12/2023 as 2573194. The advisory is available at wordfence.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2021-4409 since 07/11/2023. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
