A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Linux Kernel up to 6.5-rc6 (Operating System). Affected by this issue is the function nft_set_catchall_flush of the file net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c of the component Netfilter. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory leak vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-401. A memory leak flaw was found in nft_set_catchall_flush in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow a local attacker to cause a double-deactivations of catchall elements, which results in a memory leak.
