Affected by this vulnerability is some unknown processing of the file index.php of the component Shopping Cart. The manipulation of the argument searchTopCategoryID with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-80. The product receives input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special characters such as "<", ">", and "&" that could be interpreted as web-scripting elements when they are sent to a downstream component that processes web pages. Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in Valdersoft Shopping Cart 3.0 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via (1) the lang parameter to index.php or (2) the searchTopCategoryID parameter to search_result.php.
