A malicious installed WebExtension could open arbitrary URLs, which under the right circumstance could be leveraged to collect sensitive user data.This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2023-5725. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
