index.php in FlatNuke 2.5.1 allows remote attackers to create an administrator account via carriage returns and #10 in the url_avatar field, which is interpreted as a sensitive directive.

The bug was discovered 01/02/2005. The weakness was disclosed 05/02/2005 by Pierquinto Manco (Website). The advisory is shared for download at marc.info. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2005-0267 since 02/10/2005. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
