The weakness was disclosed 08/10/2006 with IBM (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at www-1.ibm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-4136 since 08/14/2006. Attacking locally is a requirement. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
