A vulnerability was found in MyPrestaModules Product Catalog Export Module up to 3.8.4 on PrestaShop (PrestaShop Module). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects the function productsUpdateModel::getExportIds. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. In the module "Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Export/Update" (updateproducts) < 3.8.5 from MyPrestaModules for PrestaShop, a guest can perform SQL injection. The method `productsUpdateModel::getExportIds()` has sensitive SQL calls that can be executed with a trivial http call and exploited to forge a SQL injection.
The weakness was published 11/28/2023. The advisory is shared for download at security.friendsofpresta.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2023-46349 since 10/23/2023. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
