The weakness was presented 05/02/2005 by FarhadKey (Website). The advisory is shared at seclists.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2005-0854 since 03/24/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
