A vulnerability was found in SQLite SQLite3 up to 3.43.0 (Database Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function sessionReadRecord of the file ext/session/sqlite3session.c of the component make alltest Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a heap-based overflow vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-122. A heap overflow condition is a buffer overflow, where the buffer that can be overwritten is allocated in the heap portion of memory, generally meaning that the buffer was allocated using a routine such as malloc(). Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Within the NVD Nist cpe dictionary I do not find this cpe "cpe:2.3:a:sqlite:sqlite3", since it is a relational database management system, I kindly ask if you can apply the official cpe "cpe: 2.3:a:sqlite:sqlite".
