A vulnerability was found in FutureSoft TFTP Server 2000 1.0.0.1 (File Transfer Software). It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is some unknown functionality. Directory traversal vulnerability in FutureSoft TFTP Server Evaluation Version 1.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a TFTP GET request containing (1) "../" (dot dot slash) or (2) "..\" (dot dot backslash) sequences.
The weakness was published 06/01/2005 by Tan Chew Keong (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2005-1813 since 06/01/2005.
