A vulnerability has been found in UseBB up to 0.5.1 and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects the function search of the component magic_quotes_gpc. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in UseBB 0.5.1 and earlier, when magic_quotes_gpc is disabled, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the search function.
