Multiple HTTP response splitting vulnerabilities in Hitachi Business Logic - Container (BLC) P-2443-9114 01-00 through 02-06 on Windows, and P-1M43-9111 01-01 through 02-00 on AIX, allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTTP headers via unknown attack vectors in an unspecified input form.
The weakness was disclosed 12/27/2005 by Hitachi Incident Response Team (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2005-4579 since 12/29/2005. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
