A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Livewire up to 3.5.1. This issue affects the function getClientOriginalName. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a unrestricted upload vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-434. The product allows the attacker to upload or transfer files of dangerous types that can be automatically processed within the product's environment. Livewire is a full-stack framework for Laravel that allows for dynamic UI components without leaving PHP. In livewire/livewire `getClientOriginalName()`. 2. Files stored directly on your server in a public storage disk. 3. Webserver is configured to execute “.php” files. This issue has been addressed in release version 3.5.2. All users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
