A vulnerability was found in Vincent Hor Calendarix 0.6.2005-08-30 (Calendar Software). It has been rated as critical. This issue affects an unknown code of the file cal_functions.inc.php of the component Login. The manipulation of the argument login with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in Calendarix allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via (1) the catview parameter in cal_functions.inc.php and (2) the login parameter in cal_login.php. NOTE: the catview vector might overlap CVE-2005-1865.
The weakness was shared 01/26/2006 by Aliaksandr Hartsuyeu (Website). The advisory is shared at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-0492 since 01/31/2006. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.
