Horde Application Framework 3.0.9 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a null character in the url parameter in services/go.php, which bypasses a sanity check.
The weakness was published 03/14/2006 by Paul Craig (Website). The advisory is available at archives.neohapsis.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2006-1260 since 03/18/2006. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
