A vulnerability was found in IBM Security Directory Integrator and Security Verify Directory Integrator 7.2.0. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects an unknown function. The Secure attribute for sensitive cookies in HTTPS sessions is not set, which could cause the user agent to send those cookies in plaintext over an HTTP session. IBM Security Directory Integrator 7.2.0 and IBM Security Verify Directory Integrator 10.0.0 does not set the secure attribute on authorization tokens or session cookies. Attackers may be able to get the cookie values by sending a http:// link to a user or by planting this link in a site the user goes to. The cookie will be sent to the insecure link and the attacker can then obtain the cookie value by snooping the traffic.
