A vulnerability was found in Juliusz Julas Gonera Warcraft III Replay Parser PHP 1.8c (Programming Language Software). It has been rated as problematic. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in index.php in Warcraft III Replay Parser for PHP 1.8c allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the page parameter. NOTE: post-disclosure analysis by CVE suggests that the "page" parameter is not used in this product, and "id" might be the affected parameter.
The weakness was published 04/02/2006 by Botan (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-1583 since 04/02/2006. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
