A vulnerability was found in Georges Auberger pajax 0.5.0/0.5.1 and classified as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file pajax_call_dispatcher.php. Eval injection vulnerability in pajax_call_dispatcher.php in PAJAX 0.5.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via the (1) $method and (2) $args parameters.
The bug was discovered 03/30/2006. The weakness was released 04/14/2006 by RedTeam Pentesting (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at vupen.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-1551 since 03/30/2006. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
