A vulnerability was found in Simplog 0.9.3 and classified as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file preview.php. The manipulation of the argument pid with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Impacted is confidentiality, and integrity. The summary by CVE is:
Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in Jeremy Ashcraft Simplog 0.9.3 and earlier allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) tid parameter in (a) preview.php; the (2) cid, (3) pid, and (4) eid parameters in (b) archive.php; and the (5) pid parameter in (c) comments.php.
