A vulnerability was found in photokorn 1.53/1.542. It has been rated as critical. This issue affects an unknown code of the file index.php. The manipulation of the argument cat with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in photokorn 1.53 and 1.542 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) cat, (2) pic and (3) page parameter in index.php; (4) id parameter in postcard.php; and (5) cat parameter in print.php.

The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
