A vulnerability has been found in FusionDirectory up to 1.4 and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file geticon.php. A path traversal vulnerability in FusionDirectory before 1.5 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files on the host that end with .png (and .svg or .xpm for some configurations) via the icon parameter of a GET request to geticon.php.

The advisory is shared for download at gitlab.fusiondirectory.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2025-32807 since 04/10/2025. The exploitation appears to be easy.
