PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in Admin/rtf_parser.php in The Bible Portal Project 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the destination parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 06/14/2006 by Kacper (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at milw0rm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2006-3177 since 06/22/2006. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
