A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in Trusted Computing Group TPM2.0 up to 1.82. Affected is the function CryptHmacSign. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a out-of-bounds vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-125. TCG TPM2.0 Reference implementation's CryptHmacSign helper function is vulnerable to Out-of-Bounds read due to the lack of validation the signature scheme with the signature key's algorithm. See Errata 1.83 of TCG standard TPM2.0
