A vulnerability was found in Czaries Network CzarNews 1.12/1.13/1.14 and classified as critical. Affected by this issue is an unknown function of the file cn_config.php. PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in CzarNews 1.12 through 1.14 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the tpath parameter to cn_config.php. NOTE: the news.php vector is already covered by CVE-2005-0859.
The weakness was presented 07/21/2006 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at vupen.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2006-3685 since 07/18/2006. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
