A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in DeluxeBB 1.05/1.06/1.07 (Forum Software). Affected by this issue is an unknown code block of the component Login. The manipulation of the argument login with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. DeluxeBB 1.07 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass SQL injection protection mechanisms via the login variable and certain other variables, by using lowercase "union select" or possibly other statements that do not match the uppercase "UNION SELECT."
