A vulnerability was found in Quiter Gateway up to 4.6.x. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown functionality of the file /FacturaE/listado_facturas_ficha.jsp. Reflected Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in versions prior to 4.7.0 of Quiter Gateway by Quiter. This vulnerability allows an attacker to execute JavaScript code in the victim's browser by sending a malicious URL trhough the id_factura parameter in /FacturaE/listado_facturas_ficha.jsp.
The weakness was shared by David Carrión Poza. It is possible to read the advisory at incibe.es. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2025-40721 since 04/16/2025. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
