A vulnerability has been found in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 (Web Browser) and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown code block in the library tsuserex.dll of the component Terminal Service. The Terminal Services COM object (tsuserex.dll) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code by instantiating it as an ActiveX object in Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 on Microsoft Windows 2003 EE SP1 CN.
The issue has been introduced in 09/09/2002. The weakness was published 08/18/2006 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at xsec.org.
