This stored XSS has been fixed in i-Diário.
The value submitted in the "Observações > Descrição" field of the observation diary endpoint was later rendered on the record's History screen. Audited values shown on that screen are now sanitized on output: only a minimal allowlist of basic formatting tags is kept and all attributes are stripped, so injected <script> or event-handler markup is removed and displayed as inert text.
The fix is available in the project's public repository, in commit https://github.com/portabilis/i-diario/commit/821342cd8d952e8bd214cb16145da785a92f5681
Recommended action: update to a current release of i-Diário.
