Details
A vulnerability was found in Dolibarr ERP and CRM up to 3.1.1/3.2.0. It has been classified as critical. Affected is some unknown processing of the component Database Backup Handler. The manipulation of the argument sql_compat with an unknown input leads to a os command injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-78. The product constructs all or part of an OS command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended OS command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:
Dolibarr ERP/CRM versions <= 3.1.1 and <= 3.2.0 contain a post-authenticated OS command injection vulnerability in its database backup feature. The export.php script fails to sanitize the sql_compat parameter, allowing authenticated users to inject arbitrary system commands, resulting in remote code execution on the server.
