SQL injection vulnerability in global.php in Jelsoft vBulletin 2.x allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the templatesused parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 10/03/2006 by HACKERS PAL (Website). The advisory is shared for download at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2006-5104 since 10/02/2006. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
