PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in includes/import-archive.php in Leicestershire communityPortals 1.0 build 20051018 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the cp_root_path parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 10/12/2006 by Ashiyane Corporation (Website). The advisory is shared at milw0rm.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2006-5280 since 10/13/2006. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
