A vulnerability was found in Tomofun Furbo 360 up to FB0035_FW_036 (Firmware Software) and classified as problematic. Affected by this issue is an unknown code block of the component File Upload. The bug was discovered 05/15/2025. The weakness was released by Calvin Star, Julian B (skelet4r and dead1nfluence) with Software Secured. There is no restriction implemented on the size of the file uploaded as a custom treat toss noise using the mobile app. As a result, an authenticated attacker could, force the device to download a file which could fill the disk space of the device and cause a Denial of Service. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2025-11635. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1499 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
A private exploit has been developed by Julian B (dead1nfluence) in Python. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The vulnerability was handled as a non-public zero-day exploit for at least 149 days. During that time the estimated underground price was around . The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. Replication Steps: 1. Generate a large .wav file ( >50MB ) 2. Host .wav on an web server 3. Perform a URL re-write when uploading the sound in the mobile app using Frida 4. Observer the Furbo 360 download the large .wav file and crash due to lack of storage
