A vulnerability classified as critical was found in Tomofun Furbo 360 and Furbo Mini (Firmware Software) (unknown version). This vulnerability affects an unknown code block of the component Root Account Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a hard-coded password vulnerability. The Furbo device contains a hard-coded password for the local root user account. This password is stored on a read-only partition in the firmware and cannot be modified or reset by the device owner. This vulnerability was named CVE-2025-11649. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack needs to be approached locally. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1078.001.
