A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Free Php Scripts Free File Hosting up to 1.1 (Programming Language Software). This affects an unknown part of the file forgot_pass.php of the component File Upload. The manipulation of the argument AD_BODY_TEMP with an unknown input leads to a code injection vulnerability. PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in forgot_pass.php in Free File Hosting 1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the AD_BODY_TEMP parameter. NOTE: this issue was later reported for the "File Upload System" which is a component of Free File Hosting. This also affects Free Image Hosting 2.0, which contains the same code.
The weakness was released 10/28/2006 by Kacper (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2006-5762 since 11/06/2006. The exploitability is told to be difficult. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details and a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059 for this issue.
