A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Advantech WebAccess and VPN up to 1.1.4. This issue affects the function NetworksController.addNetworkAction of the component Search Parameter Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Advantech WebAccess/VPN versions prior to 1.1.5 contain a SQL injection vulnerability in NetworksController.addNetworkAction() that allows an authenticated low-privileged observer user to inject SQL via datatable search parameters, leading to disclosure of database information.
